Key Personnel
Jon Oppenheimer – President
Jon runs MYHockey Tournaments. He oversees all aspects of the business and is directly responsible for maintaining our hotel relationships.
Neil Lodin – VP of Operations
Neil started MYHockey Rankings in 2003 and was a founding member of MYHockey Tournaments. Neil is a Minnesota native who moved to Indiana and saw the struggles that small-market hockey teams have in finding competitive games and thus developed a system to help teams nationwide assess and locate competitive opponents. He is responsible for assessing teams and setting up our tournaments. Additionally, he oversees our use of Technology.
Chris Field – Director of Tournament Operations
Chris Field has been organizing tournaments since 2004 and was a founding member of MYHockey Tournaments. Chris is a Michigan native who played baseball at LSU and is a former golf pro.
Rich Hansen – Regional Account Manager – Midwest
Rich Hansen has been a part of MYHockey Tournaments since 2013. Rich loves his craft beer and would accurately be described as a foodie. He is the main contact for teams playing in the following locations: Chicago, Holland, Madison, Detroit, Appleton & St Louis.
Matt Mons – Regional Account Manager – Southeast
Matt joined the team in 2021. Matt grew up in the Ottawa Valley (Ontario) and graduated from Wilfred Laurier University after playing Junior A hockey in Ontario for five years. He’s a former hockey director and arena general manager. He is our main contact for teams playing in the following locations: Washington, Charlotte, Charleston, Tampa Bay, Hampton Roads & Jacksonville.
Anthony Booth – Regional Account Manager – West
Anthony joined the team in 2023. Anthony grew up playing hockey in Chicago and now resides in Dallas. He is currently the contact for the following locations: Minneapolis, Provo, Salt Lake City, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Austin & Fort Collins.
Ty Loney – Regional Account Manager – Northeast
Ty joined the team in 2023 after returning from playing 5 seasons in Europe. A native of Pittsburgh, Ty played for the Youngstown Phantoms in the USHL before playing four years of NCAA D1 hockey for the Denver Pioneers. He is currently the contact for the following locations: Pittsburgh, Philadelphia & Rochester.
Amy O’Neal – Director of Hotel Accommodations
Amy joined MYHockey Tournaments in July 2012 as an onsite tournament director and, in 2015, became a full-time employee after working 20+ years in the music industry. As a hockey mom and team manager of two boys who played as high as college-level hockey, Amy’s background helps her understand the needs hockey teams face when travelling for hockey tournaments. Amy is the proud mom of three exceptional children and resides in Nashville.
Jeff Hartle – Manager of Hotel Accommodations
Jeff joined the team in 2023. Originally from Shepherdstown, WV, Jeff graduated with a degree in Sports and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina. With over 20 years of ice rink and facility management experience, Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge in forecasting and business analysis, contract negotiations, and communications to the MYHockey team. He currently oversees accommodations in the following locations: Charleston, Charlotte, Hampton Roads, Jacksonville, and Washington.
Alison Grant – Customer Services – Hotel Accommodations
Alison Grant started with MYHockey in 2022 after 6 years working in the hotels and hospitality industry. She’s been a hockey enthusiast her entire life and is a diehard Nashville Predators fan. She aims to provide the best customer service possible and assist team managers and families with hotel accommodation.
