4 Games Minimum

Fall/Winter Teams WELCOME but will need to play under a summer team name 10U A & AA, 12U A & AA, 14U A & AA, 16U A.

Canadian and International Teams Pricing – 20% DISCOUNT.

$500 deposit due at registration, balance paid 90 days prior to the tournament.

*  Please note that if you are registering within 90 days of the start of the tournament, you will need to pay the FULL fee.  Check payments are still accepted but must be mailed within 48 hours of registration. Deposits may be made if you are outside of this window.

*  Contact Sharon at sharonc@onehockey.com  if you have questions AFTER registering your team for a tournament or to submit your team’s rosters.

Rosters should be submitted no later than 2 weeks prior to the start date.

ALL teams must be ready and available to play at 7 am on the first day of the tournament.

The final games will be over by 4:30 pm on the last day of the tournament.

THIS IS AN AAU EVENT

This event is licensed by the Amateur Athletic Union.

All participants and coaches must have a current AAU membership – The team manager will be responsible for making sure the team has an AAU roster that must be submitted to Sharon Cullen before the event – if it is not received, you cannot get on the ice.  If a player is not on your AAU roster, they cannot participate.  

 AAU membership is not included as part of the entry fee to the event. AAU Youth Athlete membership must be obtained before the competition begins.  Each USA player membership is $20.00 USD, and each team manager/coach membership is $55.00 USD. International teams can contact sharonc@onehockey.com for more information on signing up for insurance.

Please email sharonc@onehockey.com to inquire if your division is confirmed 100% before purchasing player/coach/club memberships.  This process can take some time – please give yourself ample time for the process.

Participants are encouraged to visit the AAU website https://aauhockey.org/ to obtain their membership.
