• Teams will be entered in the order that the checks or e-transfers are received.
• E-transfers are to be sent to treasurer@mhhuskies.ca. Please reference the Clinton Optimist U15 Tournament and your team name in the comments section

Teams must bring an approved OMHA team roster or email it by OMHA. The Coach & Trainer must have a valid OMHA certification.
