Rush Rising Stars Pre-College Showcase

Kelly Katorji and his staff are proud to bring you another weekend of fun, awesome play, and Hockey knowledge. The RUSH Rising Stars Pre-College Showcase is a platform that provides an elite playing environment and educates players and parents about future opportunities.
This Tournament mirrors the structure of “The Show,” preparing participants for future competitive opportunities. The aim is to respond to the growing trend of earlier recruitment, educating and preparing players for the collegiate recruitment process. Additional components of the showcase include fitness testing (scheduled with Rush Team), educational seminars (topics and schedule to be posted), and time with college players and other experts.

CAA Centre, Brampton
- Schedule overview
Players should be ready for an 8am start on Friday. The final game will be finished by 9 p.m. on Sunday.
- 4 Guaranteed Games
- 1 Practice
Once rosters are posted online, there will be NO changes. Rosters and activity schedules will be posted 7-10 days before the event.
- Divisions
Players will be placed on teams of 10 forwards, 6 defense, and 2 goalies.
Rush Hockey is responsible for creating teams. Participants may communicate teammate requests to Rush staff; however, no more than 5 members from the same winter club Team may play on the same Rush Team. This is to maintain fairness and competitive balance, and to ensure participants have the opportunity to meet other players.
- Hotels
Families that require accommodation must book through one of the Rush-affiliated hotels.
- Additional notes
Players will receive their own custom jersey & socks for the weekend.
