Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted by e-mail to admin@brantfordminorhockey.com
– Team cancellation before October 15 – full refund less $50 administration fee
– Team cancellations after October 15 – 50% refund
– Team cancellations after November 15 – No refund
– Division cancellations due to not enough teams will be refunded 100% within 30 days of notice of cancellation
– Tournament cancellation due to public health restrictions or other unforeseen events will be refunded 100% within 30 days of notice of cancellation

Travel Permits & Rosters
Please submit a copy of your Travel Permit and Roster to wgiht.reg@gmail.com
Bring the original copies to the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre on your first day for verification. You will also receive gifts for your players upon signing in.
Hotel Information
The success of our tournaments relies heavily on the combination of great volunteers and strong sponsor partnerships. HTG Sports is the exclusive travel partner for our annual tournaments. One of the criteria for acceptance into our Tournament is that any Team requiring hotel accommodations must be secured through HTG Sports. Any Team that does not comply with this directive may be denied entry to the Tournament. HTG Sports has secured blocks at participating host hotels; please get in touch with them early to book your team.
