21 Days before all Teams are requested to Update their online teams Sportacular Event account to include roster and staff updates. Changes can be made up till the event date,

2025 Entry Fees
All regular game divisions will play a 4 GAME MIN of 10-10-12 Periods CDN $1600 USA $1400
All Longer game divisions U13AA – U15 AA-A- U18 AA-A-BB- U22 & SR A will play periods of 12-12-15 with a 4 GAME MIN CDN $1800 USA $1600
U9 Division is 4 Games = $1600 includes and Participant awards
U7 Fundamentals = $500 and will play 2 games and other items to possibly be announced
Please note we always advance 50% of the divisions to the next round so many teams get 5-6-7 games over the weekend depending on division sizes!

This year we are on the Easter weekend is going to be Extra Special as we are after the OWHA Provincial Championships to give teams one more opportunity to be on the ice before tryouts start and for some their final last hoorah skate.
So we are a perfect time to get on the ice for your final tune-up before Provincials or prepare tryouts which start after this event across Ontario!
Like many this may be the last hurrah or a huge end of season party celebration. We hope your team will join us.

2025 REMINDER *ALL LOCAL COMPETITIVE TEAMS OR ANY Divisions containing more than 8 Teams MAY Start Thursday night.
WE DO ACCEPT REQUESTS TO PLAY THURSDAY NIGHT to avoid playing Good Friday morning!
ALL OTHER TEAMS are required to be available to start play Good Friday 8am if required.

2025 ALL HOUSELEAGUE TEAMS we just want to be very clear, if your association is running a DS Program ( U11DS- U13DS- U15DS- U18DS ) that those players can only participate on either the House Team or the DS But NOT BOTH.
All house teams coming that will be missing players to the DS Team you are entitled to allow for OWHA Pickup Players.
