NOTE: Hotel room availability in the Windsor area is very limited due to circumstances outside of our control. We encourage teams that require rooms to complete payment as soon as possible so they can review the options we have secured for our event.
Refund Policy: If RMHA cancels a division, we will provide a 100% refund to affected teams. If a Team withdraws from our Tournament, the following refund rates will apply:
Withdraw >30days 100% – $50 admin fee
Withdrawal within 14-30 days: 50% refund is applicable.
Withdraw <14days no refund
