- NO GATE FEES; Free entry – all tournament games
- All Games – Three stop-time periods
Mite, Squirt, Pee Wee, and Bantam – 13-minute periods
Midget and High School – 14-minute periods
All AAA Levels – 15-minute periods
- No curfews, all games played to completion
- Individual and team awards for 1st and 2nd-place teams
