Welcome to the registration page for the 2025 USA Hockey Lake Placid Adult Classic. All teams will be guaranteed 3 games, and all players will receive a USA Hockey gift and a post-game beverage. A championship banner will be presented on ice immediately following the championship game, and additional prizing will be awarded off ice to the champion.
