Medals will be passed out to Champions and Finalists
Tournament begins Friday at noon for all divisions. Teams playing in both spring events will not start 1st game on Friday until 4:30pm or later.
AAU SANCTIONED
Hotel Policy: Our tournaments are Stay-2-Play. All out-of-town teams (75+ miles) MUST stay at Grinder Hockey tournament approved hotels. We will provide teams with ‘approved’ booking links.
Divisions
Division sizing/placement begins 4-6 weeks before each event. Your final division placement may vary from your original selection according to available/historical game data.
Rules
General Summary
- AAU Full Ice
- 12 x 12 x 15 min periods
- All games may start 15 minutes early
- Black Puck
- Tag Up Offsides
- Icing allowed during penalty kill
- No Curfew Clock
- 2 | 5 | 10 penalty minute format
- Runtime at 5 or more goals anytime during the 3rd period
