All participants and coaches must have a current AAU membership – The team manager will be responsible for making sure the team has an AAU roster that must be submitted to Sharon Cullen before the event – if it is not received, you cannot get on the ice.  If a player is not on your AAU roster, they cannot participate.
AAU membership is not included as part of the entry fee to the event. AAU Youth Athlete membership must be obtained before the competition begins.  Each USA player membership is $20.00 USD, and each team manager/coach membership is $55.00 USD. International teams can contact sharonc@onehockey.com for more information on signing up for insurance.
Please email sharonc@onehockey.com to inquire if your division is confirmed 100% before purchasing player/coach/club memberships.  This process can take some time – please give yourself ample time for the process.
Participants are encouraged to visit the AAU website https://aauhockey.org/ to obtain their membership.

To ensure that OneHockey’s Las Vegas tournaments offer the most diverse competition, we are limiting the number of local teams to only one per division.  A local team is considered a team within traveling distance to the arena (typically within 70 miles).  If you are a local team and wish to be considered for a spot, please email Sebastien Fortier at sebastienf@onehockey.com to see if a local team spot is still available prior to registering.

Games will begin as early as 7:00 am on each day of the tournament.  Your team will need to arrive in Las Vegas on Thursday for a possible early game on Friday.  Final games on Monday will conclude by 5:30 pm, so teams flying out will need to schedule their flights for 8:00 pm or later.  We will do our best to accommodate teams within driving distance to play their final game earlier in the day.

AIRPORT INFORMATION: OneHockey strongly advises that all teams and players wait to make their airfare reservations until 90 days prior to the tournament when all divisions have been confirmed.  OneHockey reserves the right to cancel a division up to 90 days prior to the start date of the tournament and will not be responsible for refunding airfare or travel costs associated to a canceled tournament or division.
