The 19th annual edition of the Capital House League Championships is presented by the host West End Hockey League and will be headquartered at the state-of-the-art Bell Sensplex.

This year’s jamboree will feature the following format, due to the changes to Hockey Canada regulations for the U9 age group:

• U9 Tiers 2: 2 half ice scrimmages, and 2 competitive skills competitions
• U9 Tier 3 and 4: 3 half ice scrimmages, and 1 competitive skills competition

This year’s event will offer the following great features:

• Professionally run skills competition & scrimmages run with professional half-ice rink dividers (two teams per side)
• Prizing for skills competition champions
• Great competition
• Best facilities anywhere for hockey events

The Bell Sensplex features plenty to compliment the action on the ice, including:

•  Centre Ice Restaurant & Bar
•  Hobbins Hockey Shop

The Bell Sensplex is the headquarters for this jamboree, however teams may play games at other local facilities.

Teams must be prepared to play as early as Friday, January 13th at 8:00am.

We are excited to announce the NHL Season will be underway and the Ottawa Senators will be hosting the Boston Bruins on Thursday, January 25th at 7:00pm and the New York Rangers on Saturday, January 27th at 7:00pm. We will be offering a special team rate for anyone interested in booking tickets. Interested teams must book with Ottawa Senators group sales account manager Shannon Jones at JonesS@ottawasenators.com or by phone at 613-599-0377. Tournament scheduling will accommodate those group tickets purchased through these official channels. Please note that ticket sales will be limited and sold on a first come first serve basis to accommodate tournament scheduling needs.
