Note:  silver level (B level) travel teams may be permitted based on their standing within their league (teams in the middle to bottom of the standings)

Date: January 18-20, 2025 (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday)

Location:

Huntsville Ice Sports Center at 3185 Leeman Ferry Rd, Huntsville, AL 35801 (Rinks 1 & 2)

Fees:

8U A & B – $995 (games will be played 4 v 4 cross-ice)

10U- $1800

12U- $1850

14U- $1900

The tournament schedule will be released one week prior to the start of the tournament

Registration Process

Application Deadline December 1st, 2024

*Note: Application does not guarantee acceptance into this tournament. You will be notified through email as soon as possible if you are accepted. If your team is not accepted, you will receive notification and a full refund. Please do not wait until the deadline to send your application.

Payment Deadline December 1st, 2024

Full payment is not required during registration. A minimum deposit of $250 is REQUIRED. Remaining balance may be made online by credit card or check mailed to:

Certified USA Hockey Rosters (REQUIRED) – Deadline January 1st, 2025

GameSheets Scoring will be used – instructions to upload rosters will be sent prior to event. **Note: all players must have assigned jersey numbers entered into GameSheets system.

• A stipulation of being accepted to this tournament is that ALL out-of-town teams MUST book their rooms through our partner Welcome Travel Services.
