| MULTI-TEAM DISCOUNT: |
Register two teams from the same association and receive a 10% discount off the second registration. Please register both teams by submitting a deposit for each registration and then contact the tournament director to receive the discount. Discount limited to one additional team per association and will only be applied after registration and initial deposit of both teams.

Canadian teams are eligible for a 10% discount. Please register with an initial deposit and then contact the Tournament Director to have the discount applied to your registration. Not combinable with the multi-team discount.
