Birth year divisions are flexible. Teams can move up or down based on skill, ensuring balanced competition—a common and encouraged practice in spring hockey.

Alternative Arenas Game Length: 75 mins Periods: 15/15/15 Stop Warm Ups: 3 mins Intermission: 1 min
Penalties: 2 MIN minors, 5 MIN majors.
Stop time for the last 2 mins of a game (WEM), unless it’s a 4+ goal differential
5 mins left in the ICE slot, game clock drops to 2 mins
