Music City Winter Classic (AAA, AA & 8U) Hockey
The Music City Winter Classic is a premier AAA, AA & 8U-level youth Hockey Tournament in Nashville, Tennessee! Celebrate the New Year with fantastic competition in Music City. All games will be played at the Ford Ice Center in Bellevue & Antioch!
Tournament Specifics
AAA/AA Divisions Available: Games to be played in December (Games to end in plenty of time for festivities)
-11U AAA/AA: 5 Game Guarantee (15-minute periods)
-12U AAA/AA: 5 Game Guarantee (15-minute periods)
-13O AAA/AA: 5 Game Guarantee (15-minute periods)
AA Divisions Available: Games to be played December 28 to December 30 (Games to end in plenty of time for festivities)
-14U: 4 Game Guarantee (15-minute periods)
-16U: 4 Game Guarantee (17-minute periods with an ice cut)
-18U: 4 Game Guarantee (17-minute periods with an ice cut)
-8U Division: Upper & Lower – Games to be played December 28-30 (6 game guarantee USA Hockey Half-Ice)
Stay-to-Play Housing
-A stipulation of being accepted to this Tournament is that ALL out-of-town teams MUST book their rooms through our partner Welcome Travel Services. This policy helps to ensure sufficient availability at quality hotels and the best available rates. Rooms will book quickly, so please book well in advance. Hotel information will be sent in your registration confirmation email.
Registration & Payment Info
A $500 deposit is required upon registration, with the remaining Tournament fees due 90 days before the Tournament begins.
Clubs registering 3 or more teams are eligible for a $150 discount per Team. Please e-mail for the code.
If paying by check, please include the following information in the memo line:
Tournament Name, Team Name, Division

TPH Refund Policy
-All deposits are non-refundable.
-All teams must be paid in full 90 days from the start of the Tournament.
-Refunds will only be granted if the Team provides written notice of its intent not to attend, 90 days or more before the first day of the tournament
