Tournament Information
All teams must register at the arena of your first game with an official roster & travel
permit if these documents were not submitted prior.
Format of Tournament
● All HL, LL teams are guaranteed 3 games.
● All U9MD & SELECT teams are guaranteed 4 games.
● Maximum of 17 players and 2 goalies may be registered per team. Players can only register & play in one
division.
U9MD & SELECT
● In the 4-team division all teams will play each other once. After 3 games teams are seeded 1st to 4th. 1st
vs 3th & 2nd vs 3rd. Winners will play in the Championship Final.
● In the 5-team division all teams will play each other once. The top two teams with the most points will play
in the Championship Final.
● In the 6-team division, teams will be seeded after 3 games from 1st to 6th. 5th plays 6th for a consolation
4th game. Semi Finals will consist of 1st vs 4th and 2nd vs 3rd for the team’s 4th game. Winners of
semi-final games play in the Championship Final.
● In the 7 team or larger divisions after 4 games the top 4 teams advance to semifinals. 1st vs 4th & 2nd vs
3rd. Winners of semifinals play in finals
HL, LL
● In the 3-team division all teams play each other once. After 2 games the top team goes to the final. The
2nd & 3rd place teams play a semifinal. Winner of semifinal plays in Championship
● In the 4-team division a round robin format will be done. The top 2 teams after the 3 games will play in the
Championship Final Sunday.
● In the 5 team & all odd # divisions all teams will have a 3-game guarantee. One team will get a 4th game
which won’t count toward their team standings. The top two teams will play in the Championship Final
Sunday.
● In the 6-team division after all teams have played 3 games, the top 2 teams will play in Championship
Final Sunday.
● In the 7 or greater number of team’s divisions the top 4 teams will advance to the semifinals. Winners of
the semi finals will play in Championship Final Sunday.
FURTHER INFORMATION
● Teams MUST present signed Roster Sheets & Travel Permits prior to 1st game if not sent in advance.
● A member of the coaching staff will be required to register 30 minutes before all games.
● Home teams will wear a light color jersey. If a conflict arises regarding jersey colors, the VISITING team
will change jerseys.
● Players & Coaches must be in their dressing rooms 30 minutes prior to their game time.
● Teams must be ready to play up to 15 minutes prior to their scheduled time.
● Dressing rooms must be vacated within 20 minutes of game completion.
● A 2-minute warm-up will be allowed after the ice is cleaned. SCOREKEEPER WILL BUZZ CLOCK WITH
30 SECONDS LEFT IN WARM UP & TEAMS WILL HAVE 30 SECONDS TO GATHER PUCKS.
● NO PARENTS ARE ALLOWED ON ICE FOR ANY REASON! ONLY BENCH STAFF & PLAYERS
