The PEPSI AAU WNY Invitational reserves the right to place teams in a division that we feel will be most competitive. Since classifications and skill levels are not standard and vary between locations and regions, it is necessary to sometimes place teams in divisions they are not designated for. Matching from one region of the country to another is a challenging but not impossible task. We will evaluate all information we receive from a team individually and enter teams into what we feel is the appropriate division.
Teams register by submitting this online form and paying in full or with a $500 non-refundable deposit with VISA or MC. The balance of payment is due February 1, 2025.

This is a Stay to Play event. Our policy is for all teams requiring hotel accommodations to optimize the utilization of hotel blocks effectively. This policy is a crucial means to support our host communities and guarantee a memorable experience for all participants during their stay. Teams residing 60 miles or more from the host venue must book their accommodations at a tournament-approved property.
