Event Info:
- This Tournament will be unsanctioned, but still fully insured to guarantee Player safety
- All divisions for this Tournament will be based on Player birth years for the 2026/27 season
- Each Team will be guaranteed 4 games throughout the weekend, with the 4th game acting as a Championship or Consolation game
- The schedule for this event will be released no later than Friday, one week prior to the start date. Any scheduling requests should be emailed to scheduler@bigbeartournaments.com
- This Tournament is a stay-to-play event. Hotel and eligibility info can be found under the Policies tab on our main site.

- 8U (12-12-12)
- 10U (13-13-13)
- 12U (13-13-13)
- 14U (14-14-14)
- 16U/JV and 18U/Varsity: (15-15-15)
Spring Discounts:
This Tournament will offer a multi-team discount for clubs and organizations registering more than one Team. The number of teams and age groups should be confirmed before registering by emailing sales@bigbeartournaments.com. Once the registrations are submitted, the discounts will be added to each individual Team.
- 2-3 Teams: $150 off for each
- 4-6 Teams: $300 off for each
- 7 + Teams: $450 off for each
Information for Team Managers and Coaches While at the Tournament:
All scheduled game times are local time for the time zone where the Tournament takes place.
Check In: Upon arrival at the Arena, please check in with the on-site Tournament Director
Scoresheets: Paper scoresheets will be used for this Tournament. Roster stickers are recommended, but you can also write in each player’s name and number. Remember to pick up a copy of your score sheet after each game.
Game Start Times: All teams must be ready to start up to 15 minutes before each scheduled game time
Uniforms: Home teams will wear white jerseys, Away teams will wear dark jerseys. If you have only one jersey, please coordinate with the opposing team before each game.
Tournament Directors: Throughout the weekend, any questions or concerns regarding the schedule, scoring, game times, or potential problems at the rink should be reported directly to the on-site Tournament director. Our office is closed on weekends, and any inquiries sent will likely not receive a timely response.
